The Broad’s Visitor Services Associates (VSA) are the public face of the Broad.Trained in three overlapping areas—visitor orientation and ticketing, in-gallery experience, and safety and security—responsibilities included: welcoming visitors to the museum, facilitating visitor check-in, and helping them find their way. The Broad’s VSAs serve as an education resource to visitors in the galleries, able to engage visitors with varying degrees of art knowledge in dialogue with the collection.
