Juno Cho graduated from Yonsei University with a BBA in 2017, and completed his Juris Doctor degree at Yonsei University Law School in 2020. After passing the 9th Bar Exam, he began his legal career as an associate at HMP Law, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Korea renowned for their expertise in advising foreign corporate clients, before joining Soft Legal Law Offices as a partner.With his excellent command of both the English and Korean languages, Mr. Cho mainly advises foreign corporations and entrepreneurs, focusing his practice on areas including general corporate law, corporate governance, M&A, securities and finance, labor and employment, data protection, tech & comms, cross-border transactions and litigation, and other corporate legal affairs, as well as foreign direct investment, foreign exchange and entity establishment.
