- Actively engage with, listen to, advocate, and create initiatives for student concerns on campus.- Co-chair and co-creator of the upcoming Multicultural Organizations Council involving students of diverse backgrounds to increase discussion encouraging intersectionality of cultures and inclusive excellence as part of the “I am UMBC” Initiative by the university’s Vice President of Student Affairs, Renique Kersh, and Vice President of Institutional Equity and Chief Diversity Officer, Tanyka Barber.- Actively participate as a member of the university’s Inclusion Council and i3b (Initiatives forIdentity and Belonging) Advisory Board to express concerns and needs of the student body.- Meet with university directors and professors to discuss student needs and campus goals.
