Since I took over its operations in 2008, it has become a division of Zephyros, Inc. Language House is still a premier language training firm for over 300 Japanese corporations and public offices seeking to train their employees in multitude.

Assisted in Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation; the project entails identifying internal controls over financial reporting within the client's business processes. Helped clients reduce the risk of critical services and business functions and resume near-normal operations within an acceptable time frame following an interruption.Helped clients to better.

Type of Business: Management Consulting Services specializing in manufacturing process improvements.Served as a consultant for various dealerships for a global automobile manufacturer. The project entailed improving its dealerships' after-sales revenue by increasing customer volume and maximizing workshop capacity. Analyzed the daily and weekly variation.
