EAD was established in 2008 as a division of Zephyros, Inc. to train executives at multi-national Japanese companies to help become the next generation of global leaders. Today, the firm also trains US based corporations such as AMAZON, GORE, KPMG, and E&Y. Below is EAD’s training philosophy;We rely heavily on action based learning and less on discussion. The goal isn’t to make people ‘smarter.’ Rather it is to help them learn behaviors that will result in better outcomes. For example, students who solve HBS cases better are not guaranteed to do better in real life business situations. Instead, those who ask great questions, those who can add perspectives, those who can facilitate discussions, and those who are adept at building consensus have a higher chance of making better decisions and becoming successful. In fact, they have a much better chance of making their teams successful. Famed Investor Warren Buffet often said, “It’s not about how smart you are. It’s about whether you can get the most out of the people around you. That’s a rare talent.” There already are enough people who want to offer solutions. Language House was first established in 1974 by my father as a language training firm for large Japanese companies. Since I took over its operations in 2008, it has become a division of Zephyros, Inc. Language House is still a premier language training firm for over 300 Japanese corporations and public offices seeking to train their employees in multitude of languages to conduct their businesses worldwide. Language House currently has 31 full time employees.

Assisted in Sarbanes Oxley 404 documentation; the project entails identifying internal controls over financial reporting within the client's business processes. Helped clients reduce the risk of critical services and business functions and resume near-normal operations within an acceptable time frame following an interruption.Helped clients to better understand and manage their IT Risks.

Type of Business: Management Consulting Services specializing in manufacturing process improvements.Served as a consultant for various dealerships for a global automobile manufacturer. The project entailed improving its dealerships' after-sales revenue by increasing customer volume and maximizing workshop capacity. Analyzed the daily and weekly variation of workload to identify inefficiency and increased the workshop's overall labor utilization.Assisted in improving business process efficiency including orders, sales and billing cycles for a business unit of one of the leading document imaging company.Assisted in a project risk management engagement for a leading American motorcycle manufacturer. Identified inefficiencies in R&D department's product development cycles. Helped implement various project-planning methods to meet their goals and deadlines.Designed and implemented a manufacturing method for a leading semiconductor packaging company.Assisted in redesign of inventory systems to improve management control.Led teams to create and implement standard production times and methods - 75% productivity improvement.
