- Developed DB/server monitoring dashboard using Apache Web Server for dev/test environments and automated email alerting system resolving repetitive low disk storage issues in servers from once every 2 weeks to zero times- Automated the process of license update through REST API calls and sftp using Jenkins pipeline, reducing total manual process time from 30 minutes to 2 minutes- Led development of Test Data Masking, liaising with external data auditing team, and successfully masked 200GB+ of customer and transaction data in less than 4 hours from 6 hours through Jenkins pipeline- Re-designed existing database cloning process, resulting in 50% reduction of total process time and being included as a part of the process for monthly regression test- Coordinated cloud migration project of external asset, enabling NFSv4 and SMBv3 file storage communication while re-designing file transfer flow between two assets- Assisted end users with technical errors through troubleshooting and root cause analysis occurred on application and DB, and followed up with resolutions- Supervised and maintained the health of the application and business reporting batch process as part of BAU
