EIC owner of 5 international projects (PSA and Water Wash). Interfaced with multidisciplinary team and attended client meetings. Generated documents such as load list, IO list, cable list, bill of material, network diagram, and electrical schematic (loop drawing, single line diagram, PLC rack overview, low-voltage AC/DC distribution, motor control circuit)Reviewed internal P&ID, Sequence of operation, spec sheets, vendor SCADA mapping lists, and vendor drawings. Created instrumentation spec sheets. Conducted FAT and SAT for multiple international projects. Mainly utilized electrical wiring, motor start-stop, VFD, and PLC program platform in Allen Bradley (Logix 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal V18).Initiated the control panel standardization project in Eplan. Designed and drafted PLC control panel with Allen Bradley Compact Logix and Siemens S7-1500.Code compliance review of functional safety (IEC61511, IE61508, and IEC62061)

It was nothing but a great time. I learned a lot during the process of starting the team from nothing to team of over 40 active members at the time.I learned the product development cycle from start to end. The technology needed further development, but I was humbled and fortunate to have worked with such a great team of students at UVic.

Supported the novel methane pyrolysis reactor for the turquoise hydrogen production.As a system engineering co-op, I gained skills on instrumentation and controls.Managed and reorganized over 450 instrumentations and control devices in the instrument index Commissioned instruments and control devices on the test bench. Labview, CDAQ, and NI cards are utilized. Reviewed P&ID and I/O list in Bluebeam. Helped the business procedure by increasing efficiency of the PO approval process.
