I am an entrepreneur in the heart of Fort Lauderdale working in the field of marketing. While I have worked with incredible clients all over Florida, New York, and around the nation, we have pushed for and seen growth in all sorts of markets. I work with real estate agents, lawyers, and the occasional big brand. We also take on the occasional big project, where we work as the agency of record in a capacity that very closely mimics a full in-house marketing operation.Recently, we have taken on Alarm Grid as a pet project, building it from its inception to its current status as a full-blown start-up.Alarm Grid security is a disruptive security company working to change the alarm industry as we know it. We have built a team dedicated customer service representative and techs and have focused the company on consumer experience. We have pushed much of the traditional notions of the security industry aside by avoiding the traditional installer, door-to-door sales model and have focused on customer acquisition through permission marketing and brand building. On the other side of the business we are working to reduce the costs of customer retention by allowing customers to perform much of their own technical support by watching videos on our YouTube channel, asking questions in forums, our reddit community and other places, as well as giving them direct access to our informed techs via phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, and any other place they might try to get service.

We work to build their teams, focus their marketing budgets, and to create an in-office experience for their clients that is unparalleled in the insurance industry. Worked to put out last issue of the year during the time when The Brown Spectator was in transition at the end of the Spring semester 2009.

Worked as Editor in Chief of Closing Remarks magazine (Brown's Christian literary and arts magazine). While I worked as the EIC I was in charge of fundraising and managed a small staff of editors to put out one issue per semester. Under my tenure, me and a team conceptualized and brought Closing Remarks to fruition, and put out our first four issues before I graduated.
