Working closely with Customs Broker to clear all Quarantine subjected shipments from Department of AgricultureResponsible for- Submitting commercial documents to DA through COLS- Assist the client with documentation Quarantine subjected shipments- Communicate with DA to further classify/ discuss the Quarantine requirements- Arranging Quarantine Inspection (Tailgate, CCV, IFIP, Unpack Inspection)- Arranging Fumigation (Including BMSB subject shipments)

- Registering import jobs into EDI- Compiling import documents for customs clearance purpose for Customs Brokers- Manage quarantine directions - Submit documents to COLS - Book FCL/ LCL Inspection (Including Tailgate Inspection) - Book FCL/ LCL Fumigation

- Completing the existing task as an Internal Sales- Assisting/ Managing other team members (knowledge & experience)

- Prepare a quotation for New Prospects/ Existing Customers. (Import & Export, Sea & Air).- Communication with overseas offices & agents- Set up New Customers into the internal system.- Chase business opportunities through inbound phone calls.
