- Create and execute test plans / cases in based on client and internal details.- Interpret business requirements and technical specifications in order to appropriately test or validate solutions.- Condition data through both front-end and back-end to be suitable for test scenarios.

• Responsible for participating in testing technical project(s) throughout the development and implementation phase providing feedback to development team to ensure system meets business needs • Participate in the creation of standard testing documents and artifacts describing each step of program development, testing, changes and revisions

• Supported alongside executive and senior management to develop scope, manage the planning, as well as implementation and delivery of projects to meet client requirement from start to finish within the span of 3 hours. • Analyzed client’s issues on a daily basis and presented the best course of action to meet their needs and to solve the issue at hand through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
