- Perform lab and field tests of 3G, 4G, cellular IoT and 5G RANsoftware prior to nationwide deployment to ensure on time andseamless upgrade of RAN software.- Monitor radio performance statistics to detect issues arising from software upgrade and feature deployment in a timely manner.- Generate regular and ad-hoc radio performance statistics reports to update on the state of the network to manager and other leaders in the department.- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks including query of radio statistics from OSS databases, generation of daily/weekly statistics reports and network configuration consistency checks leading to workload reduction.- Troubleshoot complex radio issues leading to identification of root cause to ensure rapid resolution of network problems.
