Leading and transforming a association activities and the groups from offline to online is difficult and hard to think off before the pandemic. Some may think of stopping it until the end of the pandemic, but deciding to continue on in a creative way online is such a challanging one. The team needs to dare to focus on what have not been done before and be the first wolf to step forwrd. However, if we are not moving forward for the greatness, we will always be on the same place as before. It is such a life changing point for my life to take down the role which i have learnt lots and seeing a lot of matters and problems in a different ways. A lot mistake have been done during the one year period, but because of this imperfection of mine, this push me harder and far from my comfort zone.During the one year time, the team have continue the activities that have been organized before but in the online way. Besides, a lot of new activities also been carried out to let our members enjoy the time although we can only meet online. It is such a challanging experience, but the best experience.Dare to change, dare to be different, dare to challange.
