Amealgo is a concept that I created alongside my business partners to make eating out nutritionally sensible. It is a platform that connects nutrition professionals, users (clients seeking nutritional advice) and food vendors (cafes/restaurants). After a year of development, the Amealgo app has just been launched in the app stores. My main achievements include:Defined project roles and responsibilities, including project scope and objectives to ensure a cross-functional understanding amongst project members.Analysed current market trends and implemented effective strategies in regards to business goals, deadlines, schedules, budgets, financial and human resources.Liaised between stakeholders, vendors, and third-party developers. Supported the third-party legal team to ensure the data collection and usage processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.Proactively identified opportunities to improve efficiency by simplifying and automating the manual processes where possible.Led the continuous improvement of application design, test, and development practices.

Virgin Active is a premium health and fitness service provider in Australia. I started as junior trainer but was promoted to the most senior trainer level within 18 months. My role as a personal trainer involves not only writing exercise programs, but also providing nutrition advice and emotional support for my clients. My key achievements include:Designed unique onboarding processes with questionnaires and assessments for women during and post pregnancy, senior citizens and people with vulnerability. Such processes led to personalized programs for my clients and ensured their success in achieving their physical, nutritional and mental health goals.Executed a number of successful projects, including seminars (both internal and external), business transforming initiatives (after several Covid lockdowns), marketing campaigns and designing a nutrition app.Built a loyal following of clients, a large number of which have trained with me for almost 5 years. My focus on delivering high quality client service has resulted in numerous referrals from my exiting and previous clients. Since the beginning of my time with Virgin Active, I have constantly ranked in the top 10 trainers nationally (in terms of sessions delivered).Though continuous learning, I became a sports conditioning expert, a boxing coach, a nutrition advisor and a pre and post natal specialists. I offer a unique set of expertise which differentiates me from other trainers. Mentored junior trainers to help them develop their own niche and progress towards becoming senior trainers.

I was responsible for maintaining and developing new business with more than 200 clients in Australia and New Zealand, including corporates, banks, securitisation houses, infrastructure projects, federal, state and local governments. My key achievements included:Successfully developed and negotiated multi-year pricing agreements with some of the biggest companies in Australia.Led the Asia Pacific region to launch a major business transformation project (Salesforce) for Moody’s global Relationship Management team, which was delivered on time and on budget.Maximised company’s presence in new sectors and reopened sectors that previously closed to the company.Designed and implemented strategies to expand company’s business in the customer owned banking sector, closing some long standing gaps.Revitalised numerous previously damaged relationships with high value customers, which led to substantially improved satisfaction level from the clients and increased revenue for the company.Significantly extended the company’s coverage of Chinese banks in Australian and New Zealand.Built a network of effective business relationships with C-Suite executives, as well as key business introducers, ratings advisors and debt capital markets teams in both domestic and international banks.

During this time, I worked as a trainee in the resort to acquire a dive master certificate, the entry level requirement for diving professionals. My duties included:Representing the dive shop / diver lifestyle while delivering high level of customer service to divers.Helping the dive shop promoting business amongst the increasing presence of Chinese divers.Assisting diving instructors in open water, advanced open water and rescue diver courses, as well as leading certified divers on designated dive sites.Preparing the dive boat and organising diving equipment for daily trips.

I started in Moody's as an Associate after graduating from University of Sydney. I was promoted to Senior Associated in 2008. My main duties included:Working as primary contact with more than 100 corporate clients in Australia and New Zealand. From 2009 to 2010, I also worked as the main relationship contact person for Moody's business in India, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and other ASEAN countries.Supporting senior management and business development colleagues by preparing documents and price proposals and liaise with external and internal stakeholders. Discussing and providing advice to clients on pricing related enquiries and complaints. During this time, I maintained the lowest unbilled receivable and arrears account level in the Asia Pacific region.

Cash Stop Financial Services, Australia | Nov 2004 to Aug 2006 Cash Stop is a financial company that offers unsecured short-term personal loans and other services such as international money transfer and pawning service. I worked there as a part time employee while studying for my two masters degrees. I worked at both Haymarket and Newtown branch. My main duties/achievements included:Evaluating credit worthiness of new and existing clients and processing high volume of loan applications.I had re-classified customer files to better identify key customers, moderate and at-risk customers, thus reallocated the businesses resources and increased revenue and productivity.I successfully promoted other ancillary services such as Wester Union money transfer service, which led to the Haymarket branch achieving highest transaction volume in the whole company.I maintained the bad debt ratio in both branches at the two of the lowest level in the company, and contributed to the Newtown branch’s major increase in net profit in comparison with the previous year.
