As a senior sale assistant, my role at SWSKI included taking care of customer's needs, maintaining the standards at the shop and managing inventory. Besides the obvious expectations, I was also in charge of creating email newsletters and curating them so as to aim for the highest clicks. Some of the swing tags were also made by me as were the other point.

• Working and collaborating closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction of composition and styling of photographs.
• Working with brands to make sure colours of their product are represented correctly.
• Editing photos efficiently and to a high standard in order to deliver photos quickly.

Having the responsibility of sales supervisor meant that, aside from striving to meet the daily targets and keeping a high standard of visual merchandising, the first and foremost priority was to provide astounding customer service.
