-Provide professional research on domestic & international environmental policies, applications, and relevant aspects, such as green energy, carbon credit, zero-waste to landfill, and so on for the corporate internal sustainability team, and advise the most suitable sustainable development path for TMS.-Responsible for the regular environmental data (carbon emission, water, waste, etc.) of all TMS core suppliers (a total of 21 factories) in the Asia Pacific region, and look for solutions to the existing problems for each factory through data analysis and communication.-Work closely with TMS's vendors, analyzing their environmental performance and initiatives regularly to help them achieve sustainable innovations to ensure the products are safe, fun, and as environmentally friendly as possible.-Responsible for, sometimes assisting in training suppliers, especially on the matter of responsible fiber sourcing (FSC, PEFC, SFI).-Define the specific corporate sustainability requirements of authoritative third parties, such as B-Corp and The Planet Mark, and look for the gaps between TMS and the goals till certification, in order to communicate this back to the senior leadership, and ensure alignment with the TMS direction and strategy as well as McD's (TMS major client) global sustainability goals.-Support internal and external communications on the sustainability agenda, plans, performance, etc...

-Leverage professional background to build US/China collaboration on clean technology and environmental protection, and providing research support to the project director -Provide administrative as well as on-site support for executives and stakeholders -Developing and coordinating programs and events
