Participated projects: -‘CITIC Group Merger Guidelines’This project was aimed to provide a general guideline for CITIC Group and its subsidiaries to make mergers and acquisitions. As a member of the project,I did a lot of research about related policies and approval processes. -‘CITIC Dicastal Co. Ltd Investment Evaluation Report’The purpose of this project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the acquisition of KSM Casting Group in 2011 and to forecast the development trend over the next decades. During this project, I designed various data prediction tables to generate the enterprise value.- ‘China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) electric consumption investigation’ project. The project is to know about the impacts of the National Electricity Reformation on the subsidiaries of CNPC. My primary responsibilities are to process investigation data, contact the clients and analyze statistic data accordingly.
