Notable achievements:Managed to lead store to consistently top world ranking (pre - MCO) based on internal Uniqlo based competition before dropping out of the competition due to MCO.Initiated "koten-kei-ei".

Transferred to Penang as Main Store Manager for Uniqlo Gurney Plaza.Handles store operations with 28 team members under his supervision.Successfully carried out sales initiatives to boost year on year sales and also business profit.

Shifted back to KL as Store Manager as the second in-charge at Uniqlo Fahrenheit88 after a one and a half year stint at JB outlets.Notable achievements:Co working with the General Manager, year on year profit and sales for the store has been improved despite the poor market conditions for fashion retail.Was also put incharge for the special collection.

Was promoted to the role of Store Manager and transferred to Uniqlo Kluang Mall. Tasked with developing and managing the store to maximize profit. Notable achievements:Successfully optimised stock condition, increased efficiency through reduction of manpower wastage and detailed training of existing members, improved customer relations, and also maintained.

Was transferred to Uniqlo, Johor Bahru City Square. Responsibilities includes handling the store manager's various responsibilities on day to day operations as and of when the store manager is away. Notable achievements:Introduced new working systems and culture in store that lead store to improved ranking in a local store to store competition.
