As an Assistant Manager at the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF Board) for over a year, I leverage my nine years of experience and expertise in business administration, information technology, and social media communications to provide excellent service to employers and members, and to support the organization's mission and vision. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of London, and a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic.My core competencies include processing, approving, and reporting various transactions and applications related to CPF accounts, such as refunds and recharges, educating employers on regulations and formulas, liaising with clients, and handling enquiries and correspondences. I also play a key role in system enhancement and project management, using tools such as RPA, Mainframe Macro, and Excel VBA to streamline processes and improve efficiency. I value teamwork, collaboration, and innovation, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams to achieve common goals and deliver positive outcomes. Some of my achievements include being a staff welfare committee member, supporting the development of the Employer Workflow System, and reconciling the General Ledger for my section. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, and I am looking for opportunities to grow and contribute more to the CPF Board and its stakeholders.
