Mobile Solution team Singapore site R&D team manager, manage multiple development teams working on developing mobile client as part of the Digital Banking Mobile Solutions portfolio. They are primarily working in agile methodology and is expected to work with other teams and stakeholder across geographical regions. The Mobile Solution is a solution consisting of product portfolio that aims for bringing ease of use security to the mobile for strong authentication and PKI. The product portfolio consists of both mobile client and back end components that works together to ensure proper treatment of confidential and sensitive assets.* Ensure the teams in Singapore are staffed with the right profile of people conducive to the required product development* Help and work with the team in agile methodology, cultivate proper ecosystem for agile engineering within the department* Manage engineering activities, ensure product development geared towards quality delivery and excellent user experience* Build and maintain strong software security mindset within the teams* Interact with various stakeholders of Mobile Solution, manage expectation and provide regular reports and visibility of relevant products / projects* Contribute to the improvement of existing technology platform/baseline and development methodology through prototyTing and productization* Cultivate creative, innovative and open environment where people can generate and share idea, inclusive of effort for IP protection* Work within the ecosystem of Gemalto’s global mobile community, ensuring inter-department collaboration and promote knowledge sharing
