What does it means that we have good education to ourselves and society？How can we really have good education？ Gradually, my interest has been shifting from course designing and teaching, to building good containers/communities for individuals (group, teams ,organizations……); from young children's development, to adult development and leadership development; from education to social innovation. Now I work with different kinds of organizations (Schools, Business, NGOes), to explore their potentials to serve the society, as well as developing individuals who works there at the same time.
