- Help SMBs and MNCs in SEA region digitize their business through SourceSage's e-commerce solution.- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new clients, including, training,account setup, and troubleshooting issues.- Drive platform engagement by actively liaising with existing clients to understand their objectives and provide relevant solutions. Achieved GMV target for 2H, Jan 21 to Jun 21.- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to provide value-added services for our clients, including Coordinating Campaigns, webinars, and implementing new platform features.- Awarded Achiever Award Q3-4 2020 by SourceSage, for excellent performance andgoing beyond normal scope of work.

- Successfully onboarded large F&B and retail partners onto Grab’s Airport Exclusive Program. Achieved 100% partner renewal for the program across SEA.- Daily partner management, handling deals from contracting to post-integration. Generate reports for key partners and provide suggestions on ways to improve performance.- Collaborated with international brands Jetstar & Razer on behalf of GrabRewards. Negotiated deals that were favourable to Grab and meet the partner’s objectives. Was able to fluently pitch ideas to high-level stakeholders.- Led the new initiative to monetize GrabRewards Points. Source for potential partners and curate relevant use cases for using GrabRewards Points to achieve sales targets. Successfully closed a regional deal with Logitech.
