Main responsibilities included – Analysing the business environment in the EMEA region and providing Business development and Financial consulting to Lithuanian businesses. − Led a team of 3 analysts in researching new markets for member companies and providing KPI based insights to help their business expansion as well as prepared statistics and drafted official notices for lobbying purposes across a wide range of industries in European and Lithuanian legislation− Consulted companies on financial support programs for R&D initiatives and acted as an agent for innovation and the necessity to develop an Industry 4.0 business environment− Was a spokesman for economics and business environment, voicing Lithuanian business interests to the wider public in numerous conferences, newspaper articles, radio broadcasts and TV broadcasts− Personally part-managed 4 EU co-funded projects with a cumulative worth off €1.5 million. Projects were directed towards sensitive business topics such as corruption, new market search, specific legislative restrictions or business environment difficulties− Reviewed financial statements, did surveillance of financial assets and liabilities, business plans, drafting necessary documents and writing summarizing reports for stakeholders as part of preparation work for business partners and companies willing to participate in EU co-funded projects− Member of the CERN negotiations group of Lithuania. Participated and organised negotiations and a research visits for an executive delegations from CERN as part of Lithuania’s accession procedure to the association. As a result of successful interactions, Lithuania became an associated member of CERN in 2017

Research reports were used for lobbying purposes, conference presentations, executive reports and commentaries on TV, radio and newspapers− Assisted businesses in applying for national grants and EU co-funded projects− Organised meetings with investors, legislators and politicians, including co-organizing the 2nd Eastern Partnership Business Forum conference during the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union− Managed and trained 30 interns over the period of three years

Formulated suggestions for businesses and the government to incentivise both parties. Resulting in government action towards introduction of active business training tools and introduction of scientist incentives towards R&D cooperation. Two years later Lithuanian business expenditure in R&D rose by 23% (comparing 2013 with 2015)
