* Prepare and file, in an accurate and timely manner various items on the Company’s internal filing calendar with state and other reporting agencies. These filings/payments include but are not limited to property tax payments, fraud assessment invoices, surcharge remittances, etc.* Work with a third-party vendor to ensure various state/municipal premium tax payments/estimates are being filed and paid as needed.

• Compile and analyze financial data from various sources to prepare accounting entries for the general ledger. Includes validating and importing interfaces from sources to the accounting system.• Cash management monitoring of bank account balances to ensure adequate balances to cover needs. • Receive, record, post to accounts receivable and perform banking duties related to receivable payments from insurance companies. Follow established procedures for collection efforts of payments due, manual calculation of late payment fees and invoices and reporting delinquent companies to appropriate management.• Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations. • Prepare quarterly and annual audited balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of cashflow and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.• Participates in department teams to achieve strategic initiatives.

• Prepares, posts, verifies, records and reconciles client’s payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.• Generates invoices according to Projects and submits invoices to clients• Ensures timely bank payments for AP Vouchers• Responsible for collections and bank reconciliations• Responsible for payroll bi-weeks• Post monthly journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts• Financial Reporting

• Assist with month-end close, including preparation of journal entries, review of account balances and sign-off that the month-end income statement and balance sheet accounts are correct• Ensure all accounting transactions are booked accurately, completely and timely in accordance with professional codes of practice, U.S. and local accounting standards and service level agreements• Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheets• Other accounting duties as needed• Accounts Payable, vendor invoice payments, disbursement• Conduct overall Month-End process/close • Incoming payment with outstanding invoices, keeping close watch on any possible irregularities or issues• Reconcile bank statements each month, filing sales tax returns and post accrued discount JE • Reconcile outstanding customer chargebacks, tracking them and making sure chargeback documentation is always accurate and up to date (and matches what is open in SAP). • Prepare and examine financial reports, accounting records and general accounts• Balance sheet & income statement reporting, landed cost reporting, accrual reporting, accounts payable, tracking outgoing expenses, accounts receivable, collections• Credit card transactions and other banking related actives as required• Code, create Journals Entries and Post all Credit card transactions with GL account code• Responsible for computing taxes, preparing tax returns and tax reporting and reconciliation• Reviews general ledger accounts and makes necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals and ensures accuracy of the General Ledger• Navigate different customer websites & portals for payment downloads, chargebacks and discounts support documents• Commission and Royalty calculations• Writing and instituting accounting procedures, training new staff in accounting department , working closely with the accounting team to ensure day to day tasks are complete
