As the customer service executive I manage the production schedule across two departments. Additionally, I represent J. Walter Miller with all existing, new and potential customers. Additionally, I am responsible for all customer inquiries such as but not limited to order status, quoting, inventory, and order issues.

As Human Resource manager I would manage all employee conflicts working alongside the supervisor. I managed open enrollment for employee benefits. Processed payroll using ADP for a total of approximately 55 employees on a weekly basis. Ensure policies and procedures are being followed at all times. Draft write ups for employees for any disciplinary actions. Keep employee files up to date both in paper form and electronically. Manage all worker’s compensation claims. Work with workers compensation panel when employees get injured. Assist company adjuster when needed. Keep OSHA 300 log up to date throughout the year.
