In addition to overseeing the growth and development of Parsus Law as the firm’s Managing Partner, Ju Park represents both domestic and foreign clients in a diverse corporate practice that encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, and general representation. Ms. Park’s recent clients have included buyers acquiring companies through equity financing, private and public entities involved in cross-border investment, and domestic subsidiaries of foreign companies. Prior to founding Parsus, Ms. Park was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she practiced corporate law and litigation in the Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices. Ms. Park advised domestic and foreign clients, including Fortune 500 companies, on various corporate matters including corporate governance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and follow-on securities offerings. Her corporate experience also includes complex cross-border transactions, such as representing an international consortium of foreign companies in a US$2.8 billion acquisition of Singapore's largest power generation company. She also represented high profile corporate clients in complex litigation matters involving claims for securities fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, SEC investigations and enforcements, unfair business practices, and antitrust.With a background that includes representation of diverse corporate entities in both litigation and corporate matters, an education in finance, and a history of entrepreneurship, Ms. Park is ideally positioned to help her clients achieve their goals.
