As a Scrum Master in Kentico I was helping teams on their way to become more self-organizing and facilitating the team meetings such as daily meeting, planning, review and retrospective. My role was to address critical problems and to help the team to solve them and thus removing the impediments during the progress of the Sprint. I was responsible for the cross-team communication and for shielding the unwanted distractions. Another responsibilities were promoting the Scrum, and agile practices to the teams and to the rest of the company, administrating the team Jira, taking part on the company decisions, addressing the personal development of the team members and taking parts in the job interviews of the new team members.In Kentico I worked with two teams. During the first 8 months with the Internal team (devops)- with a goal of introducing them to the agile development and coordinating the project of redesigning the devnet website (http://devnet.kentico.com/) and the second 8 months with the product team developing the Online marketing part of the Kentico product during releases 8.1 and 8.2 (http://www.kentico.com/kentico8).
