"Things I want":I want every job that I do to serve a purpose of helping people live better lives. I strongly believe that everyone should strive to leave this world at least a bit better place than it was before they arrived. This is thanks to my upbringing as well as due to a set of morals I developed during my life (not gonna lie Star Trek might be a culprit). "Things I enjoy": I enjoy a challenge and even more so overcoming it with friends&colleagues, because it is more fun for me to share the experiences with others who understand the problem. Playing DnD with friends and getting to know new people this way.Gardening, climbing and cycling, especially with my wife, who shares my passion in these hobbies."Things I dislike":Busy work, I find it demoralising at best and time wasting at worst, as that is the one resource humanity cannot make more of yet.Lack of communication, as it creates uncertainty, helps propagate rumors and antagonises people.
