Created, innovated, implemented, and spreadhead various initiatives and projects that include two main scopes: public health and sustainable and harmonious living.Pioneered public health promotion projects “Sustainable Home Academy”, “Social Prescribing”, and “Walk with a doc”.Gathered and empowered various stakeholders, from medical organizations to government institutions intending to shape and promote sustainability, ecology, healthy living, and mental health.I have achieved that the project Social Prescribing, as ordered by the Ministry of Health, will be implemented throughout Lithuania.Served as a representative of Kaunas city at multiple local and international public health conferences, acquiring relevant knowledge, establishing relationships, presenting abstracts, andsharing knowledge.Prepared and presented a public health strategy for 2030 in collaboration with a working group based on scientific articles, market analysis, and WHO recommendations.I provided expert advice to political leaders and contributed to the correction of laws by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania.

Following extensive knowledge, long-term vision, entrepreneurial mindset, data collection, and analysis, created, organized, and improved public health promotion strategies that embraced society education, EU projects management and realization, close collaboration with media, and innovative solutions initiation.Initiated and managed the organization of conferences "Public health perspectives: what I eat, how I move, how I feel"; and "Work and health: how to find a balance?". Prepared completeconcept, marketing, and public relations plans, determined event agenda, and delegated tasks to the team to ensure smooth implementation and valuable content appropriation.Organized health camps with 400 activities in 2018-2022 in which participated 1200 people.Managed public procurements with up to 40K euros per one.

UAB Sanus, WELLO app – personal assistant for better health. The app creates persons wholesome relationship with physical activity, healthy nutrition, and emotional health.Following the market and competitive analysis, science articles research determined the positioning and market size to create and develop the healthcare startup WELLO.Represented the team and brand in TechHub 6 accelerator, pitched ideas, and value to investors, and won 10K capital for prototype development and improvement.Expertise in healthcare innovations enabled the identification of problems, value propositions, target groups, and market entry strategies.
