I integrated the efforts of internal teams and a third-party contractor to ensure high-quality project deliverables. I also stewarded the project from initial concept creation into the manufacturing phase. I steered the engineering team through testing and analyses to improve defense equipment development. This involved planning, scheduling, and implementing upwards of 20 developmental flight test programs in order to advance the defensive and training capabilities for aircrafts used across all military services. I defined testing parameters, allocated the budget, and assigned tasks to reporting engineer team. I also compiled data and generated reports for review by senior leadership.During my tenure, I successfully directed a multi-organizational, 250+ member, six-month test event that resulted in the improvement of critical in-service defensive system equipment.
