Vasaknų dvaras is a privately owned manor that provides accommodation, catering services for business and private events. As the COO I oversaw the operation & business of the property: hiring staff, budgeting, client relations (customer attainment, pricing, event coordination, feedback) and branding and positioning. Through a rather short period of time we managed to get excellent reviews, increase bookings and made a name as a professionally-run event venue with high quality services.

EHU is a liberal arts university that provides quality education for Belarusians that is not available in their home country. My role was to tell the story to our local and international donors through articles, website, videos, social media; manage media relations (arranged interviews for BBC, the Economist); react to negative publicity in Belarus.
