Managed client relations, strategy development and project management while working with agency senior management team on the Latin America new business division development. Launched the 1st Social Media Week in Colombia.

Led a 10-person multicultural digital team of designers and backend developers across NY, Paris & China to succeed in reducing operating expenses and providing a worldwide digital strategy implementation for multinational clients such as Havas, Revlon, BIC, The Coca Cola Company & Sprite and among others.

Actively participated in strategic definition and tactical implementation of the Embassy´s communication strategy with key audiences including US Government & Congress, national media & NGO´s. Created & administered early social media accounts for the Embassy, which enabled a better engagement with staffers and contributed to create a positive digital identity.

Designed and executed communication strategies with a special emphasis on audience mapping, government relations and advocacy. Clients included World Bank, Airbus, Banco de Colombia and IADB. Responsibilities also included media monitoring & relations.

Worked closely with Editor in Chief to ensure coordination and day-to-day liaison with journalists for research and story development & delivery. Responsible for the blog report section which included pioneering digital data journalism, trend-spotting and online research.
