Service Management Department is a Tier 1 function that is responsible for table uptime, makes sure that studio (and individual games) are up and running, provides support to Tier 2 functions, works closely on new games development, procedures establishment, games performance management and elimination of any internal or external irregularities.

Senior Service Manager acts as a front-line extension of the manager's authority and is responsible for monitoring and controlling everything that happens during the shift.
