Ik heb samen met de dienstleiding van de politie een nieuwe organisatie vormgegeven genaamd het productiehuis. Het doel van deze transformatie was om de aanwezige competenties beter samen te laten werken, om de agent op straat optimaal te ondersteunen bij zijn/haar werk. Hiervoor hebben we een op maat gemaaktsamenwerkingsmodel gevisualiseerd, dat de basis is van het productiehuis. De hieruit voortgekomen transitie heb ik daarna begeleid op teamniveau en op managementniveau.

Coaching a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the merge of 28 local intranets into the leading intranet of the National Police.Due to the organization’s need to "go Agile", we also started doing interactive tours and workshops to show how and why we were doing what we were doing.In the last two years we made breakthrough changes in the collaboration between different parts of the organization and shifted towards a common understanding to optimize delivering software to cater to the needs of the users.
