- Monitoring employee`s evaluation process.- Setting with department managers on how to communicate the results of the evaluation and employee development plans for each employee,- Centralization of training needs and planning plan of necessary trainings (trainings map)- Developing training materials and delivering them (eg trainings completed: Teamwork, Problem Solving, Communication skills, Code of ethics, 5S & Visual Management .. .etc)- Introduction of problem solving tools FMEA and DMAIC in the brewery,- Visual Management, responsible for the entire plant - setting nonconformities, audit action plan and monthly audit for each production area separately,- Responsible for facilitating the acquisition of skills and human resource development in the Technical department,- Sustaining and facilitating implementation of Manufacturing Way, WCM (World Class Manufacturing) practices (6S, Lean manufacturing, VSM, Visual Management) and performance management in the Timisoara factory,- Budget proposal for the realization of trainings,- Coordinating the activity of 5 trainers.

My main role was to offer support and guidance on all training related topics:- Planning of trainings (collect training needs, realize synergies),- Preparation of training forecasts (possible combinations of trainings/training locations),- Reporting of related KPIs, manage trainer resources (identify trainer needs, bottlenecks),- Being a close link between trainers and the client`s locations, - Teaching company values and politics to the new employees,- Developing training tests, courses, handouts & programs,- Training delivery for the new employees on their jobs,- Testing the level of know-how for new employees,- Coordinating the activity of 3 trainers.
