Back in the Elizabethan era, Shakespeare quoted, “What is in the name?” but I have strongly condemned that, for I believe a name does describe the inner being and the personality they imbibe. My name is Dr Jushya Pankaj Sachdeva, which is Sanskrit drove and quotes for Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva was known for his impartiality, intolerance for injustice and finding balance in everything and; these are a few traits I hold to my heart. I was born in the queen of hills Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, where I did my schooling from Loreto Convent Tara Hall. Through the years, I had been academically inclined with a strong creative side in dramatics and oration. My school years had me motivated towards my childhood dream of becoming a doctor, which I accomplished with my under-graduation in Bachelors in Dental Surgery from Subharti Dental College, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, in the year 2020.In my four years of graduation and one year of rotatory internship, I actively participated in intercollege scientific fests for paper and poster presentation. My consistency towards the academic activities bore me fruits multiple times. The one I proudly mention is the Smt. Shakuntala Mahajan Memorial Award for Best Paper Presentation in the 42nd Indian Dental Association Uttar Pradesh State Conference. During my academic years in college, I had been an anchor for numerous cultural events throughout university programs that brought me a great deal of acceptance and recognition.I belong to an integrated Shoe business family that established itself from stones to castles after migrating from Pakistan Post Independence. My grandfather and father had been the epitome of professionalism and punctuality that imbibed in me in the early years of schooling. Their no holiday attitude brought me many full attendance certificates in school. As an individual, I have been a vocal personality and an extrovert in nature. With the ideals of karma pays back and good deeds count to a positive future, I have grown from a reserved school girl to an outspoken heart to mouth woman.Punctuality, integrity and consistency are my mottos towards any task at hand. The individuality trait that I plan towards working upon; is to have a work-life balance.
