On this secondment, I was responsible for UAT testing the new CRM Solution, raising defects, maintaining data, liaising with other departments to make sure all areas are covered in testing. This role was essentially about learning new products and services, training them out to the departments, training new starters and trialling new ideas and ways of working for the department and the business as a whole. We liaised with other companies and manufacturers and went on training days and conferences where we sucessfully demonstrated the products.

Supporting Level 2 and 3 students with their literacy, numeracy and ICT skills in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. I created the marketing for the new role and the database of all the students, as well as creating a training brochure and reports on student progression.
