Responsible for technology behind the marketing and sales efforts for each of the 7 operating companies ranging from websites (SEO, development, analytics, hosting) to digital initiatives (microsites, nurturing, lead scoring, email blasts, automated campaigns) to CRM administration.+ Led the implementation of Marketo including nurturing, lead scoring, inquiry and content management and more automated reporting.+ Led the overhaul of the Salesforce instance for better data quality, improved sales pipeline reporting (opportunity velocity, competitors, and source/channel attribution, etc) and rebuilt layouts for ease of use.+ Integrated an orders database to customer accounts in Salesforce and analyzed sales data discovering key trends including inactive accounts, accounts with sales decline, turnaround time issues and segmentation.+ Launched 17 company websites and microsites on a custom framework optimized for chosen keyword strategies. One company website saw a 412% increase in non-branded organic traffic in the first year with another 146% increase in the ~11 months after.

As Student Body President, I was in charge of representing students to the administration and faculty, serving on the University-wide Academic council, led a direct team of approx. 12 people (working 20-40 hrs/week) and a larger team of approx. 40, ensuring that my other team members and student government organizations received proper support, working to support other student organizations (residence hall associations, clubs), helped plan a Leadership Summit for approx. 100 student leaders, led general student government meetings and executive student government meetings. (2009-2010, 40+ hours/week)As Student Body Vice President, I was in charge of managing an approx. $100,000 budget, creating and maintaining proper financial procedures, supporting other roles on student government, educate executive council, class presidents, and class treasurer on proper financial procedures, as well as manage yearly elections, run a major cafeteria survey, assist in live production put on by the Social Life Director, handle meeting minutes for all student government meetings, design a media room, manage the office, and sit on the Student Life Council.
