As the Director of DevOps and Security, I am responsible for a range of critical responsibilities to protect our business and its assets. These include developing comprehensive security training programs for our developers, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FIPS 140-2 and implementing robust security measures to safeguard customer data in accordance with PHI and GDPR guidelines. Additionally, I have established a range of monitoring tools such as SAST, DAST, and vulnerability scans, as well as conducting regular pen tests and threat modeling to identify and address any security flaws. I have also reviewed our architecture to identify and mitigate potential security risks. To ensure ongoing security, I have established infrastructure security tools like Lacework and DataDog SIEM and have implemented Dependabot to protect our repositories.It is my job to ensure our Internal Operation and SaaS platforms perform optimally, and provide our customers with the best experience.Operations automates the PrinterLogic back end infrastructure to enable CI/CD build pipelines. This allows for rapid development and deployment of features into the PrinterLogic application. We have an extensive AWS foot print utilizing cloud technology tools such as EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM, Cloud formation, Cloud front, Load balancing, and auto scaling.In addition to heavy automation the team ensures the up time and performance of the supporting infrastructure in the US, EMEA and APAC.
