I was teaching people at Korttelikotiyhdistys @- and A-level computer driving licences and helping elder people with any and all of their technology related problems and teaching them almost anything they wanted to learn. It was mainly helping them with their every day tasks on Windows computers and with their phones. The most important part of the job was the customer service, which I got great feedback for.

I worked at Enia Oy as a Sales Negotiator, selling mobile phone and internet connections to new and existing customers of Elisa Oyj. The job required excellent communication skills, results oriented mentality and a great amount of patience. I had good sales, great results and I received good feedback from the customers.

I worked at the main library of Kotka for 6 months and joined there for 11 more months after that during my civil service. I was mainly assisting customers in the media editing room with their projects. It was mainly helping them with digitization of their VHS videos and LP and CD records. During my civil service I was also working as a library assistant 2-3 days a week, which included everything from working at the desk to being a janitor and moving books between the libraries in the Kotka-Pyhtää area.
