This project began with a coverage of the metropolitan area of the Republic of Guatemala, where 3 of the 7 national reference hospitals are located, with massive recruitment.● I designed the strategy of the day care centers’ Project for the workers’ children that includes the guidelines of the benefits that will get using the service. The project included the projection at national level respect legal scopes, study of different areas for know the number of the staff, the positions that the day care centers should include, the job descriptors that didn’t yet exist, among others. Also, I developed the policy for the implementation and proper functioning of child care centers.● I designed, organized and implemented the labor inclusion course through an e-learning platform for the more than 21 thousand workers of the organization.
