I'm an experienced FMCG professional with 15+ years of experience in Sales, Purchasing, Category Management and Marketing. I've worked as Sales Manager and Purchasing Manager / Category Manager and having sat around the table at both sides has been invaluable in seeing the world from both viewpoints. I have also gained hands-on experience working with food ingredients and packaging materials, also in production companies. I've found great joy in taking in the several dozens of new product launches where I can say I have helped to find a solution to make things happen. That's what I like the most: connecting the dots, bringing people, needs and resources together. I regard myself as an open-minded problem solver with a forward looking can-do attitude, which has come handy at times. Many a time to be honest but with still only a handful of grey hair.
