They prioritize achieving practical solutions and ensuring that their projects or innovations lead to real-world applications and improvements. Driven by the need for concrete results, they often rely on feedback, data, and iterative approaches to ensure that their solutions are both functional and scalable, leading to sustained and meaningful impact.This combination of result orientation with my keen interest on learning and solving big problems describes my desires 100%. My experience working around the world and spending years of my life in different locations has given me the perspective that is very useful in tackling global challenges. Working in environments like Tesla or BMW tier suppliers have set the bar high and at the same time it gives the spirit that doing right things (well analysed, planned and executed) we can achieve much more we can think of. Not to forget the long list of good things and experience that my previous employer Glaston gave me and I think I gave some millions (€) back in return.
