I lead the user-centered product design initiatives at Matsmart-Motatos in close collaboration with tech, data/analytics, marketing, customer support, market operations and business development to ensure optimised user experience and e-commerce conversion.My responsibility is to optimise and quantify the quality of the e-commerce product UX: the execution of usability studies, A/B tests, design workflow optimisation tasks, feature discovery, design and quality assurance. I participate in the product planning, refinement, requirements gathering, design and testing phases. In addition, I actively share and report to the entire organisation reports on studies, test performance and industry news. I also work with UX students and mentor in student projects.

As part of a DevOps team, I worked together with business stakeholders, data analysts, product owners, development teams and customers to plan, design and co-create both exciting customer experiences as well as internal tools that are intuitive to use and enhance productivity. I involved myself in everything related to design from tweaking minuscule UI details to workflow planning.Previously, within an Agile Scrum UX team i designed new customer acquisition user flows and user interfaces based on customer analytics and marketing/business strategies.
