A happy Finn with over 30 years of global getting-my-hands-dirty experience in branding, creative direction, marketing strategy, digital marketing, UX design, branding, content strategy and beyond.I’m curious and passionate about the constant changes in human behaviour brought about by digitalisation; the climate emergency; global pandemics (2020 update); web3 and the Metaverse (2022 updated) and interested in how brands need to adapt to stay relevant and survive.Over the years I have founded and managed agencies, launched a Finnish hip hop phenomenon, developed the first global social media strategy for Nokia, helped Supercell integrate their games into social media, run the marketing of the biggest classifieds platform in the Middle-East, worked with multiple startups and headed a global team responsible for the digital marketing of Nokia’s flagship products winning multiple international awards in the process. I also revolutionised the creative process with my good friend Andre Matarazzo by developing and perfecting the 5 Day Creative Sprint at the Sexy Beast - helping brands big and small fast track into creative excellence.Today, as the Chief Creative Officer at Superson I'm supercharging game-changer marketers, their teams and brands with an Operating System that plugs into their existing setup, amps it up with agile efficient processes and most importantly - the best global and local talent handpicked for each client and project. Helping them spend smarter, do more, shine brighter and go further.On a non-work related note I love sci-fi, electric cars, gadgets, gaming, saunas, nature, Finland and KISS, the hottest band in the world. And most importantly I am a proud father of a future change maker.
