Development of a Web Platform for graduates of the IT-Academy with the possibility of filling out a CV and participating in a further employment program.Main Responsibilities:—Conducting interviews with the customer together with BA,—Participating in the analysis of competitors, —Drawing up user-flows and descriptions of MVP, —Creating highly detailed prototypes as a basis for further design, —Working with the UI-kit and the component library, —Developing the final design, —Prototyping the finished UI,—Preparation, organization and testing of the finished product increment on potential users,—Well-coordinated team work on the implementation of the product within the Scrum system under the mentorship of an experienced Product Designer;—Testing the development for compliance with the design; —Creating the visual concept.Accomplishments:—Product development from scratch according to customer requirements,—Identifying user pain and implementing changes to the product
