I am a confident, enthusiastic, and hardworking Mathematics coordinator with ten years of experience. I lead a team of eighteen teachers where I conducted workshops maintaining an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and achievement. In addition to this, I am a mathematics teacher for over twenty years of valuable experience in the educational field. I possess excellent teaching, learning and behavior management strategies to help pupils fulfill their potential. I am able to bring ideas, energy and commitment to raising attainment. I am easy going by nature and able to get along with colleagues, pupils, and senior managers. Throughout my working experience, I have been open to different curriculums as well as different intelligences. I have also dealt with students having learning disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, and Dyslexia. I have also attended various workshops related to Classroom Management, Teaching Strategies, and Various Teaching Methods upon multiple intelligences and many others that have helped me develop my teaching career. I possess strong academic qualifications, significant management and leadership experience, a good understanding of academic issues, a proven track record of evidence-based learning improvement and excellent interpersonal skills. Furthermore, I am an experienced teacher, who is able to establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities and also develop high quality schemes of work and lesson plans for pupils. One of my strongest points is my self-motivation which allows me to perform well under pressure and against aggressive deadlines in any pressurized environment.  I have the ability of creating a stimulating learning environment for students to study in. Moreover, I possess excellent subject knowledge and a real enthusiasm for mathematics and other subjects. I am aware of using new media like the internet to promote interactive learning, and up to date of the latest teaching methods and techniques. Furthermore, I have prepared and performed training workshops for teachers in different subject matters related to Mathematics as well as classroom management strategies.
