- In charge of supply chain projects in the pate/sausages/mortadella mini-plant and took over the management of logistics.- Build an SAP integration project between logistics, customer service and production. - Degree Project- Chilean Retail company, working in the Home Deco Commercial Division and Business Analytics Division to develop a degree project for 12.000 products.- The project consisted of increasing the speed of replenishment of products in stores without saturation and blocked storage rooms. To do this, an ML code was used to recalculate the size of units perbox of product so that product managers could negotiate new sizes. The benefits of this are a reduction to 0% of blocked storage areas and additional benefits to the department of around 120,000USD per year.
