Our plan is to work closely with men and women in their late 30s to their 60s going through hormonal changes, and guide them to transform their body's and health through nutrition, fitness, and supplementation. I have 20 years of experience guiding them to looking and feeling their best through optimizing their metabolic rate and balancing their hormones.In 2003, I was chosen as a winner of a nationwide 40+ modeling contest jointly sponsored by Wilhelmina models and More Magazine for women over 40.I received my initial training in sports nutrition and weight loss from Joe Klemzcewski, PHD, the founder of the Permanent Weight Loss Solution. I"m a certified nutritionist with the world renowned Precision Nutrition, and a certified Charles Poliquin Biosignature Modulation Practioner. I’m also a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, CHHC, AADP from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and also a mentor coach from the school with over 200+ hours of teaching students within the program. I've also been an ECA Personal Trainer for over 20 years. On April 25th, 2009 I became the oldest figure competitor in the history of the International Natural Body Building and Fitness (INBF) to qualify for Professional status at the age of 52.
