Responsible for meeting various staffing goals for multiple divisions. Actively recruit qualified, responsible, and motivated Welders, Sales Executives, Engineers, Project Managers, Supply Chain, Accountants along with several other advanced corporate director level positions. Review resumes, conduct telephone prescreens, face to face interviews, conduct background checks, and assist with onboarding. Prospect through multiple means including cold calling, job postings, and job fairs. Compile my own pipeline of highly effective candidates that will suit the needs of my clients.

I worked closely with my Station Recruiting Manager, stepping into his role and taking responsibility for the office when he was absent or occupied. I worked closely with our recruiters to manage their prospecting, interviewing, training, self improvement, and presence in the community. I briefed higher command authorities on our plans to reach our offices set goals plus ways to exceed them. I was tasked to travel to other stations within our company footprint to train incoming recruiters so as to improve production quickly and efficiently. Ultimately I assisted in managing our recruitment to ensure our station was enlisting qualified employees to meet our Army's present and future needs. Considered subject matter expert by my Recruiting Manager when it came to all transition information and training. Tasked to train our recruiters on how to properly transition from Soldier to Civilian. This included benefits briefings, resume building, face to face interviewing, and job searching.

I served as the Army's ambassador within my community. I recruited, prospected, determined applicant enlistment eligibility, counseled applicants on enlistment programs and options, prepared enlistment applications, and processed qualified applicants to enlist in the Army and Army Reserve. I accounted for and prepared Future Soldiers for initial entry training. I implemented and conducted Army awareness programs throughout an area covering 933 square miles with a population of 130,000. I also maintained a network of community partners to include parents, educators, and community officials. I am currently responsible for $30,000 worth of government equipment.- Maintained a 33 day average processing applicants from initial contact to enlistment, exceeded agency average by 28 days- Led the team to 129% mission accomplishment by contributing to 44% of the mission; recognized as top department in the agency- Ranked #2 out of 15 on production recruiters with 13 enlistments through 9 months achieving noteworthy results in my first year- Maintained a 93% accessions rate while establishing an effective training program for clients prior to them shipping out- Enabled the team to achieve 150% Senior Mission in first year; maintained relations with community partners tied directly into target schools

As a Tank Commander I was individually responsible for the morale, guidance, and training of atleast 6 Soldiers. Responsible for 1 M1A2 SEP v2 Abrams Battle Tank and all assigned weapons systems and equipment valued in excess of $5 million US dollars. I directed the deployment of personnel and tanks in combat operations and training exercises. I would evaluate terrain and selected routes, areas, and firing positions. I would identify and select primary targets, issue the safe and proper fire commands, and direct all fire of tank weapons. Supervise all crew level maintenance and conduct training of crew. We would conduct battle drills. I would have to immediately respond to direction from the platoon leader during stressful scenarios. Coordinate action of tank with platoon and all other supporting elements. Coordinate requirements for unit maintenance. Supervise camouflage of equipment. Evaluate the work performance of subordinate crewmembers. Ensure collection and proper reporting of intelligence data to unit and responsible staff sections.- I used my knowledge and experience to train and mentor my team daily; this resulted in 100% GO STATUS in all quarterly qualification testing- Served with distinction for over 3 months in a higher position as my immediate supervisor was attending a professional development school; this time included a 30 day long Network Integration Exercise- Maintained, secured, and accounted for the Company's Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System which was a total value of 12 million dollars- My team was dedicated to the maintenance of our vehicle which allowed for the tank and its systems to have 100% operational readiness

During this time I performed the primary duties as a gunner and secondary duties as Tank Commander. Also, I very briefly performed entry level duties such as Tank Driver and Loader of the Main Gun. I prepared sketch and range cards for my tank commander. Operated the main gun controls and firing controls. I fired the tanks 120mm smoothbore cannon. I prepared radio equipment for operation and entered the net. Operated all internal communication equipment. Assisted tank commander in training our tank crew. I prepared, filed, and distributed operations maps, situation maps, and overlays. Read and interpreted maps and aerial photographs. Recorded information on maps and overlays. Indicated location, strength, tactical deployment, and emplacement of friendly and enemy units. Marked vehicle routes on maps and overlays. Reproduced, distributed, and filed operational orders and reports. Responsible for the monthly counseling and evaluation of all subordinates.- Recognized for transforming a stagnant performing employee into a professional, sought after, and effectively performing employee- Was sent above my peers to 2 Leadership Courses early in my career- Hand selected to perform as the gunner on a primary leaders tank multiple times based on performance- Accountable for 5 million dollars worth of equipment with 100% accountability achieved with 0 losses
