About Vicky Daugvilaviciute

I started out as a Recruitment Consultant and eventually joined Elder Technologies as the first hire for the People and Talent team. There, I set up processes, led hiring efforts, and built a fantastic team. After almost 4 years with the company, I decided to take the skills I learned as an internal People & Talent Manager and make agency recruitment a bit more personal and warm. Since then, I’ve had incredible opportunities partnering with startups and scale ups worldwide - building teams, offering strategic advice, and setting up stellar People & Talent functions.Most recently, I started recording a podcast series where I interview people from various professions, so stay tuned for that coming out in August!Let's connect and see what we can achieve together in this exciting and ever-changing world of talent!
