Purposeful. Proactive. Steadfast.In July 2017, Justin Brantley assumed the role of Prime Brokerage Onboarding – Americas, in the Prime Solutions & Financing group, as an Associate. Outside of his primary responsibilities, he is a Campus Recruiting Junior Board Advisor and was a Conduct Ambassador for BNP. Justin also has his Series 7 and Series 63 certifications. Anticipating the future of finance, Justin enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania's Masters of Computer & Information Technology program, in the Fall of 2020. His goal is to merge the foundations of computer science, including programming, algorithms, machine learning, and data science, with his traditional global markets knowledge. Web 3.0 savant Justin is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, and in 2017 engulfed himself in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. Beyond trading using technical and macro analysis, Justin earned a digital currency certification from the University of Nicosia and helped develop a beta blockchain project focused on health inclusivity. Directly prior to BNP, Justin spent over three years as a Sales Consultant and Software Consultant based in NYC for Dale Carnegie Training and Bluewolf (an IBM Company). Before making the leap to NYC, Justin worked with Target Corp as a Logistics Manager to standardize and streamline operations processes within the highest grossing retail location in the southeast region, with three direct reports.Justin earned BSc in Industrial Technology from Tennessee State University with honors. While pursuing his degree, Justin interned for Energizer Battery Corp. to architect and revamp operational flows using lean management principals to remove inefficiencies. In his spare time, Justin founded Menergi in 2019, a company that focuses on inequalities in the philanthropy industry. In March 2020 his startup was selected to join NBC Comcast’s Accelerator’s cohort, and received seed funding.
